Service and installation was extremely timely. My heat exchanger was cracked and they had to shut the unit down. I decided to ask about a new furnace rather than pay to fix the old one. Within an hour, Rick was at my house discussing options, pricing, tax credits, rebates, etc. That was the Thursday or Friday prior to Xmas. The unit was installed the following Monday morning (Xmas Eve). Electric heaters were provided as temperatures were at or near freezing. I am very pleased with the new set back thermostat as it "anticipates" and has a memory so it knows when to turn on so the house is warm when I want it to be warm. The furnace fan is SUPER quiet, which was an issue for me. I barely know it is on, and only that the air is moving a piece of paper. The house feels warmer than the old unit, meaning less of a temperature swing.

The sales person was professional and discussed various options for venting to the outside. He answered all my questions and thoroughly told me the differences in the two furnaces we were considering. The installers were very courteous, quiet and worked steadily. They also cleaned up after themselves at the end of the day. They also discussed where we wanted the position of the humidifier thermostat (on the wall on the main floor or on the furnace...they recommended the furnace and told us why, but there was no pressure to place it there) The furnace thus far has been working wonderfully. Thank you

Capital Heat helped us understand the problem with our A/C system, effected a temporary repair and recharge, and at our option put dye in the system to find leaks. Within two weeks, the leak was evident, and a new unit was installed in less than 5 days. The cost of refrigerant used to recharge the old unit was discounted from the final installed cost. The technicians and installers were courteous, efficient, left no mess behind, and explained every detail we asked about. Thank you for opportunity to provide feedback.

I would just like to express my appreciation for a job well done by your employees in the installation of my generator.  From the beginning, I was deeply impressed by the punctuality of your employees arriving on the job site, and the professional and complete care they took from the moment they arrived at my home until they left at the end of the day with the job completed.  You told me when I requested the estimate from your company that you take care to do a complete job and include everything necessary for my satisfaction was just  salesman speak, but I discovered that you take pride in your commitment to the customer, and in this age is a very refreshing motto indeed!

I can't think of any suggestions. The Capital Heat people are friendly and professional. The guys who install the products do a great job in a timely manner. Everything is done with quality. They are professsional and clean up everything after the job is done. We have used them in the past and the Lennox products they sell have never given us any problems. No complaints here!

I can not say how very pleased we were with everyone from Capital Heat. They are a family business and it shows! They were friendly, courteous, and always helpful. They took the time to explain each step of the home energy audit, walked through the entire house with us to listen to our concerns and help create solutions that were sensible. They also handled all of the paperwork! For me, that is the biggest relief! i signed my name a few times, and they handled the rest! I would - and have, recommended them to anyone I know. Thanks for a job well done!
